Instituti i Sociologjis\u00eb, K\u00ebrkimeve Demografike dhe Inovacionit – ISDI \u00ebsht\u00eb themeluar pas nj\u00eb debati t\u00eb gjer\u00eb me ekspert\u00eb dhe akademik\u00eb t\u00eb shkencave sociale (sociolog\u00eb, demograf\u00eb, ekonomist\u00eb, gjeograf\u00eb etj.) dhe si k\u00ebrkes\u00eb e tregut p\u00ebr t\u00eb themeluar nj\u00eb institucion t\u00eb specializuar t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj natyre, i cili i ka munguar shoq\u00ebris\u00eb kosovare n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi dhe jo vet\u00ebm. ISDI e ka origjin\u00ebn n\u00eb Institutin Shqiptar t\u00eb Sociologjis\u00eb – AIS, ku p\u00ebr rreth dy dekada ekipi yn\u00eb ka sh\u00ebrbyer dhe udh\u00ebhequr Institutin Shqiptar t\u00eb Sociologjis\u00eb dhe Shoqat\u00ebn Shqiptare t\u00eb Sociologjis\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe kjo mund t\u00eb konsiderohet edhe si nj\u00eb forc\u00eb shtyt\u00ebse apo frym\u00ebzim pozitiv p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar ISDI \u2013n\u00eb. ISDI ndodhet n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, i cila punon n\u00eb partneritet me komunitetet akademike dhe k\u00ebrkimore n\u00eb nivel komb\u00ebtar, rajonal dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb. Rreth tij ka nj\u00eb ekip studiuesish t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar nga fusha sociale, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb demografin\u00eb, sociologjin\u00eb, ekonomin\u00eb, pedagogjin\u00eb, gjeografin\u00eb, shkenca juridike, etj.<\/p>

ISDI \u00ebsht\u00eb i angazhuar n\u00eb ndjekjen e k\u00ebrkimeve t\u00eb aplikuara n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb bashk\u00ebkohore dhe n\u00eb ofrimin e k\u00ebshillave p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e problemeve p\u00ebr tema specifike n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb ndikonin n\u00eb politik\u00ebb\u00ebrjen dhe zhvillimin e komunitetit. ISDI kryen sondazhe empirike, sondazhe t\u00eb opinionit publik dhe studime t\u00eb rasteve, duke aplikuar metoda moderne t\u00eb k\u00ebrkimit cil\u00ebsor dhe sasior. P\u00ebrdor gjithashtu informacione, koncepte dhe metoda t\u00eb nxjerra nga fusha shkencore t\u00eb lidhura, si sociologjia, arsimi, ekonomia, ligji, shkencat politike, demografia, migrimi, gjeografia sociale, studimet gjinore, teknologjia, etj.<\/p>

ISDI \u00ebsht\u00eb i angazhuar n\u00eb k\u00ebrkime me ndikim t\u00eb lart\u00eb, iniciativa arsimore, analiza, opinione, programe trajnimi dhe partneritete n\u00eb komunitet q\u00eb leht\u00ebsojn\u00eb nj\u00eb kuptim m\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha aspekteve t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb profilit t\u00eb lart\u00eb.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t

Instituti ISDI \u00ebsht\u00eb nder institucionet me nj\u00eb staf t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar dhe t\u00eb kualifikuar (shumica e stafit kan\u00eb t\u00eb mbaruar studimet PhD), me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb t\u00eb pasur n\u00eb fusha t\u00eb ndryshme si sociologji, demografi, drejt\u00ebsi, ekonomi, gjeografi, pedagogji, edukim, planifikim, teknologji t\u00eb informacionit dhe fusha t\u00eb tjera. Kjo ekip e specializuar \u00ebsht\u00eb burimi yn\u00eb m\u00eb i \u00e7muar dhe garantuesi i ofrimit t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb larta profesionale.<\/p>

Stafi i Institutit ISDI ndihmon n\u00eb sigurimin e nj\u00eb cilesie t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimet tona, duke p\u00ebrdorur njohurit\u00eb dhe aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb adresuar sfidat komplekse n\u00eb fushat e zhvillimit shoq\u00ebror, shkencave sociale dhe zhvillim t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm. Ne angazhohemi n\u00eb ofrimin e zgjidhjeve inovative, duke pasur gjithmon\u00eb parasysh nevojat e klient\u00ebve tan\u00eb dhe duke iu p\u00ebrgjigjur atyre n\u00eb koh\u00eb.<\/p>

Instituti ISDI ka si q\u00ebllim t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb si nj\u00eb burim i besuesh\u00ebm dhe inovativ n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e hulumtimit dhe zhvillimit t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm.
